The UK West Fife Group of Diabetes U.K. is hosting a Fun Musical Evening by the concert group ‘Limelight’ in the Abbey Hall on Saturday at 7.30pm. Tickets are £10 including a glass of wine and proceeds will go to diabetes research. If you would like to buy a ticket, please speak to Willie Campbell, the Assistant Organist, who accompanies the Limelight, at the close of the service, or phone him on 01383-724157.

As intimated last Sunday, the Abbey Church will have its own stand at the Heart and Soul Event on Sunday 20th May from 1pm to 5pm. We hope to share with visitors the story of Dunfermline Abbey as well as a place of modern pilgrimage and worship. To encourage you to attend a map of the event along with travel information will be on the notice board next Sunday.

Groups might like to travel together, either car sharing or travel on the same bus or train, thereby turning this into an opportunity to meet other members and have a congregational afternoon out.

Heart and Soul contact details:
David McIlroy on 01383-737660 or dgmcilroy@aol.com

at Dunfermline Golf Club (Pitfirrane) on Thursday.

There will be a Church Membership Group formed

Mr Paton will be happy to provide information
to anyone who might like to participate.

There will be a Service of Choral Evensong in the Abbey Church on Saturday 19th May at 5pm, featuring Scottish Voices from the Royal School of Church Music.

Search for new Junior Choristers: There will be a meeting in the Abbey next Saturday from 10am until 11.30am for all interested young singers aged 8-16.
